At this time, Path Light Mobility Light is shipped to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please contact us at 772-333-1817 and we will do everything possible to accommodate your shipment.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard Ground unless an expedited service is chosen. USPS Ground guarantees delivery within seven business days to most U.S. locations.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email can end up in your Junk Folder, or Spam Trap so be make sure to check there if you do not receive it.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We try to process orders immediately in order to help get your Path Light mobility light to you as quickly as possible. You are welcome to reach out to us at 772-333-1817 or via email on the Contact Us page and we will try to accommodate your change if it has not yet been processed.
Can I ship to an address that’s different from my billing address?
Absolutely, when you set up your Path Light Mobility Light account, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Path Light product for any reason you may return it within 30 days of purchase – no questions asked. If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply send your Path Light Mobility Light back to us and we will reimburse you in full. What is the warranty period?
All Path Light Mobility Lights come with a one year limited warranty, so you can be sure if something breaks we will fix it. We have built the Path Light product to be rugged and tough so that it can hold up to dropped canes that happen from time to time.
